Rules for using «My Extensions Online»
- These rules are the main document regulating the activities of users of «My Extensions Online» (hereinafter Service).
- Acceptance of the rules is a mandatory and necessary condition for registration and further work of the user with the Service.
- The rules are valid in the latest edition for all users, regardless of which edition of the rules the user accepted when registering.
- The User recognises that the Site and the Service «My Extensions Online» are complex results of intellectual (creative) activity, and accepts them on an «as is» basis. The User has the right to refuse to use the Site and the Service at any time at its discretion.

- The use of «My Extensions Online» can be used by anyone, regardless of the place of residence, location of the extension (hereinafter referred to as the resource), race and nationality of its owner and so on. The administration of «My Extensions Online», however, reserves the right to refuse to use this service in case of non-compliance with the rules of the service or deliberate violation of them by the user.
- By registering, the user automatically agrees to receive informational messages.
- «My Extensions Online» may refuse registration if the resource owner provides incomplete or untrue information when registering on the service.
- «My Extensions Online» reserves the right to refuse to provide service to extensions that violate the rules of netiquette, contain inappropriate content, spread viruses or similar programmes.
- Categorically forbidden:
- send Spam containing a referral link to «My Extensions Online» and/or to a browser extension web page on our system, whereby Spam is not limited to email, sms and other commonly used terms on the Internet;
- posting Spam in comments. Using a link is only acceptable if the comment actually answers the question posed and is useful in doing so;
- place advertisements or other announcements (links) on websites and forums, the rules of which prohibit such actions or use hacked sites, virus applications, etc. for this purpose;
- use fictitious actions performed by a script or other automated complex, as well as those performed by a person without his obvious interest in its performance due to persuasion, request, deceit on the part of third parties.
- The module for connecting the extension to the service must not have changes not agreed with the administration. Otherwise, the administration is not responsible for possible consequences and has the right to remove the extension from «My Extensions Online».
- If the extension is not active for 30 days, it and all related services will be disabled. To activate this extension, you will need to go through the extension identification procedure again.
- If necessary, «My Extensions Online» has the right to temporarily stop working for technical reasons.
- The administration of «My Extensions Online» can block/deactivate a user's account while:
- in case of disconnection of the user's account on the initiative of the Administration, not caused by violation of these rules, the accrued funds are paid in full;
- in case the user's account is deactivated due to violation of these rules, the accrued funds will not be paid out.
- Procedures and rules for calculations and payments:
- All new cash receipts go through a 30-day validation period and are in Pending mode;
- Upon expiry of the verification period, the funds are transferred to the User's balance and become available for collection;
- Payments are made to the payment details specified by the User from the 1st to the 5th day of each month, after the expiration of the verification period, subject to compliance with these rules;
- The minimum amount available for payout is $30. If in the current reporting period the user's balance is lower than the minimum available amount, the payout is postponed to the next month.
- Disclaimer of Warranties:
- The amounts of income in their monetary value are related to a number of different factors. We do not give instructions or any information about your future activities and financial success, just as we have no control over your identity, data, business qualities, ethical behaviour, lines of business, anything that may affect the likelihood of earning any equivalent earnings. We cannot guarantee that you will earn exactly the same earnings as others. You bear all risks of not earning any income.
- Limitation of Commitment:
- Labour, business, entrepreneurial activities through the Internet, carried out with the aim of generating income and profits, are associated with various risks. When deciding to engage in this type of activity on the basis of any information regarding our services that we provide on «My Extensions Online», you should consider the possible moments of not making a profit or accepting some possible losses;
- If you receive any income, you are also liable to the laws of your country of residence as well as tax laws, including your responsibility to formalise your business activities in accordance with the laws of your country. If the law of your country of residence so provides, you are also responsible for the legalisation of your business activities and the payment of taxes;
- The user is solely responsible for their actions when using «My Extensions Online».
- The administration of «My Extensions Online» reserves the right to make changes to the rules for using the service, which come into force from the moment of publication. The text of the current version of the Rules is always available at https://myextensions.online/rules.html. Further use of the service after making such changes means agreement with them.
- In case of non-compliance with these rules the administration of the Service has the right to remove the resource and all related services from «My Extensions Online» without notification and agreement with the User.
